At the Earthquake Center, Jacob ensures the tools are in order for the team to go and fix stations, to keep the workspace tidy, and other duties as assigned. Fresh out of high school from Kotlik, Alaska, Jacob is shooting to join the Air National Guard and dive into an electrical apprenticeship. He participated in the center’s Earth Observation club in spring 2024. Outside of work, Jacob enjoys sitting at scenic places, playing basketball, and spending quality time with friends and family.
